▸Do you ship outside the UK?
No. We ship to UK addresses only, including Northern Ireland.
▸What delivery service do you use?
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. It has a next-working-day delivery aim, but it isn’t a guaranteed time-definite service.
▸What are your same-day dispatch cut-offs?
Mon–Thu: 1:00pm • Fri: 12:00pm • Sat: 11:30pm. Orders after cut-off ship on the next dispatch day. No dispatch on Sundays or bank holidays.
▸How do I get my tracking number?
Royal Mail sends tracking updates directly to the email and/or mobile number you enter at checkout. We pass these details to Royal Mail — we don’t send tracking ourselves.
▸Is a signature required?
No signature is required for Tracked 24. Where suitable, Royal Mail may deliver to your letterbox; otherwise they may use a neighbour or a safe place where appropriate.
▸What if my order is delayed?
Most Tracked 24 parcels arrive the next working day after dispatch. If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 2 working days from dispatch, email us so we can investigate.

▸What does the packaging look like?
Orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging. The label shows a generic return address — no product names on the outside.
▸Can I return an item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery for items damaged in transit or order discrepancies. For safety and integrity, we can’t accept returns on opened consumable products.
▸Are these products for human use?
No. Products are supplied strictly for research and laboratory purposes only (RUO). Not for human consumption and not for medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.
